Working principle of ultrasonic swing screen

Ultrasonic tumbler vibrating screen converts 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electrical energy into 36KHz high-frequency electrical energy, which is input into an ultrasonic transducer and converted into 36KHz mechanical vibration. The generated power ultrasonic waves cause the screen mesh to vibrate at high frequency. The material on the sieve is subjected to low-frequency rotary vibration motion, combined with ultrasonic vibration, which can prevent mesh blockage and improve the output and quality of the screening machine, thereby achieving efficient screening and cleaning of the mesh, making ultrafine powder screening easy.
