Except for diamond, the performance of natural abrasives is not very stable, but they still have their practical value. Diamond is a high hardness abrasive, mainly produced in South Africa, accounting for 95% of the world's total production, with the rest being Brazil, Australia, Guyana, and Venezuela. Industrial diamonds range from gray white to black, and after being crushed, they can be used to make grinding wheels, sand belts, polishing wheels, and grinding powders.

Introduction to abrasive specific screening machine

The abrasive linear sieve uses a vibration motor as a vibration source to excite the abrasive, causing it to be thrown up on the sieve and move forward in a straight line. The abrasive smaller than the sieve aperture passes through the sieve aperture for lower screening, while the abrasive larger than the aperture is automatically discharged. The abrasive linear sieve can simultaneously produce 6 types of fine particle size abrasives through 5 layers of screens, and it is generally recommended to install three layers on a single machine.


The abrasive linear sieve produced by Gaofu Company can be customized and added to the existing production system according to the actual needs of users, achieving automated production.
