Vacuum feeder

The GFZK vacuum feeder uses a vacuum pump to extract air, keeping the inlet of the suction nozzle and the entire system in a certain vacuum state. The powder particles are sucked into the nozzle along with the external air, forming a material airflow, which passes through the suction pipe to reach the hopper, where gas and material are separated. The separated materials enter the receiving equipment. Conveying and discharging are achieved through the continuous opening and closing of pneumatic three-way valves, which are controlled by the control center. The ZKS vacuum feeder is equipped with a compressed air blowback device. Each time the material is discharged, the compressed air pulse blowback the filter, knocking down the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter, so that the suction can operate normally.
