The seasoning rotary vibrating screen divides a group of crushed materials with different particle sizes into several different levels through a single or multiple layers of evenly distributed holes on the screen surface, forming a screening process. After a large amount of fragmented materials with different particle sizes and mixed coarseness enter the screen surface, only a part of the particles come into contact with the screen surface. Due to the vibration of the screen box, the material layer on the screen is loosened, further expanding the gaps that already exist for large particles. Small particles then pass through the gaps and transfer to the lower layer or conveyor. Due to the small gaps between small particles, large particles cannot pass through, so the originally disorderly arrangement of particle groups has been separated, that is, layered according to particle size, forming a regular arrangement of small particles at the bottom and coarse particles at the top.
