Working principle of impact test sieve

The power is driven by a Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor. The power is transmitted through the coupling, driving the worm gear and worm gear transmission mechanism to move, respectively rotating the vertical shaft and camshaft, causing the horizontal circular motion of the sieve, and at the same time driving the lifting and lowering of the top rod to push the striking hammer. The material generates a circular motion trajectory on the screen surface under force, and at the same time, jumps and rolls due to the impact force of the hammer. Finally, the screening process is completed according to the size of the screen holes, achieving the purpose of inspection and grading.
