The powder product can be extracted by using the pure sweet component contained in Siraitia grosvenorii. Momordica grosvenorii extract is a pure and post bitter powder fruit extract, whose sweetness is 150-200 times that of sugar. It is made into a convenient concentrated powder product that can be widely used in food and beverages to reduce sugar consumption or replace sugar.


Application of siraitia grosvenorii extract

1. Momordica grosvenorii extract is used in traditional Chinese medicine for cold, cough, sore throat, gastrointestinal discomfort, and blood clearing.

Screening need

Remove large particles, improve product quality, and ensure product quality before packaging. As Siraitia grosvenorii powder is easy to absorb moisture and sticky, the screen is pasted with ordinary Rotary vibrating screen. Ultrasonic vibrating screen is required for screening.
