Dry adipic acid, also known as oxalic acid, is a colorless, transparent crystalline powder with no odor and a sour taste. It is irritating to the eyes, skin, mucous membranes and upper respiratory tract, so the equipment must be strictly sealed during screening. If it is fed manually, there will be a lot of dust, which will be harmful to the human body, so it is recommended to consider using a feeding station.

Customer case situation analysis

1. Analysis of feeding amount: 5 tons/hour, each feeding amount is a bag of 20 kg, then: 5000 kg ÷ 30 minutes ÷ 20 kg/bag = 8 bags/minute

Consider question 1: Is one person feeding? If the customer feeds alone, how can 8 bags of material be fed in 1 minute?

Consider question 2: What is the location of the feeding station when the customer feeds alone or multiple people? If the customer does not feed from the middle of the screen, the material cannot be fully screened, so the on-site layout needs to be considered;


2. Analysis of the screen structure: The customer specifies the screen as SZS-1200, and the discharge port diameter is 200mm, so the fluidity and rest angle of the material need to be considered;

If the material has poor fluidity, the discharge port with a diameter of 200mm will make the material bulge at the discharge port and cannot flow out smoothly. Even if such a large output can be screened, the material cannot flow out smoothly. If the material at the bottom cannot flow out smoothly and quickly, the cone bucket of the double-vibration source will become a silo, thus hindering the vibration screening effect of the entire equipment;
